UPDATE 10:50 AM: Outbound telephone service has been restored.

UPDATE 10:15 AM: Telephone service provider indicates widespread issue affecting multiple customers.

We are working with our telephone service provider to troubleshoot issues making phone calls outside the District. Incoming phone calls and internal District calls are still working.
