Power outage @ P-CEP Thurs 3/17 1:47 PM; UPDATE 5:20 PM - power restored

UPDATE 5:20 PM - power restored. Generators were able to maintain services except for a brief outage around 2:30.

Power outage @ P-CEP may impact Internet and telephone service throughout the District. Generator power may maintain services but still in process.
